  • used to love this park, but now its not a safe place for families with special needs that dont fit in check box

  • Love this park, but our experience this time was really bad, regarding appauling customer service, theft, safety issues, discrimination. Harry Potter Part amazing, lots of rides closed guest relationship have a wonderful team

  • Fantastic Park, but it feels like its lost its magic, lots will be to do with our personal experience, however after speaking to many people, lots are saying the same thing. Great guest relations, shocking conceirge staff, challenges with safety and thefts

  • This was meant to be the day, were the whole family relaxed and had fun, sadly it didn't transpire in this way. The women ( manager at concerge, was rude, un compassionate, and basically didn't care for peoples safety. Our cups and belongings were stolen. I was injured a few times, because the lady didn't honour the accessability pass already been awarded to me in Universal, it left me in vulnerable position, on two experiences, I passed out in water and nearly drown, the staff were incrediabled both times the life gaurds jumped into water and saved me. You can imagine the trauma of family witnessing this. Universal parks is place we have always visited because it felt safe, for our family with various special needs, it is no longer safe, at this point I never want to go back after visiting our safe happy place for nearly 30 years

  • Lack of accessability, the energy felt low, hardly any characters out, some parts were joyous and guest relations were amazing but, it didn't transend into the park. Again cups stolen here too, and kids toys. I feel on a child, waiting in queue ( drop attack, which I warned about) Lots of rides were closed, the ones I managed to do I enjoyed. Just didn't feel magical, came home with deep sence of saddness

  • Our favourite park it took 3 visits before we actually managed to get on rides due mix up passes, the weather and ride closures

  • Always a great day out . One tip , if the lines are long , go single rider . You are highly likely to be sat in the same car anyway or one or two behind .

  • Don’t manage to go this trip but it is a great park Rides a bit more extreme than the Disney water parks and that’s why we love it

  • Funs, with good themes, super film sets, plus you can get the Hogwarts Express straight to Islands of Adventure.

  • Went twice. Second visit was far quieter and enjoyed much better. Food prices and queues can be extreme. Toilet/changing areas were lovely.

  • Islands of Adventure was my favourite theme park of the trip. I absolutely loved the Jurassic Park and Harry Potter themed areas,they were brilliant and really well done. I’m also looking forward to seeing what the new area will be like when it opens. If it’s anywhere near as good as Harry Potter and Jurassic Park, it’ll be class!

  • I do really enjoy Universal Studios, and Halloween Horror Nights is absolutely fantastic. However, out of all the Universal parks, I feel this is the one that needs the most updating. The Simpsons Ride feels quite old and outdated now and could really do with being replaced, although the themed area itself is still good. Men in Black and Transformers are also starting to feel dated compared with some of the newer attractions. The Harry Potter area is still brilliant, and it’s good to see a new Fast & Furious ride being built. On this trip we went back to Islands of Adventure several times, but only visited Universal Studios for one full day plus Halloween Horror Nights. I still like the park, but at the moment I don’t feel like I’d miss too much if we skipped it on our next trip. Hopefully some new rides and areas will give it the refresh it needs.

  • Volcano Bay is by far the best water park in Florida for us. We absolutely love it and have a brilliant time every time we visit. Great rides and somewhere we’ll definitely keep coming back to!

  • Best water park in Orlando some great drop slides family water rides and large wave pool Use the advantage universal hotel guests get to have early entry 30 mins before ordinary guests to grab a good slot either by the main wave pool or around the park with an umbrella (it gets really hot) we tended to go early do rides without much queues and then leave about 11.30 Have a look at some of the food stands as quite a lot of items here not available in the parks

  • Our favourite park we when in opening day in the 90's and although it's changed a lot since then it still has that nostalgic feel It has a lot of indoor rides do us good for when the afternoon rains come and the new coaster Hollywood Drift opening in 2027 looks immense It is Aldo the home to Halloween Horror Nights our favourite event that keeps us coming back you just can't beat the scares and the fun this event provides and seems to get better every year
