Shopping day was great. Good range of stores for all budgets. Do get to the bus stop 20minutes early for return back as it fills up quick and you might have to wait for the next bus, it’s first come first serve. Lovely sights to be seen when travelling on the bus

I really loved my day out at Woodbury Common! If you have some extra time when visiting NYC and love shopping then I would highly recommend a visit! If you are planning to buy lots then definitely take an empty suitcase to pack your purchases into, it'll make your return journey much easier!

Great trip would be an idea to note on the ticket you need to provide your passport at the booking office. Fantastic place for a good bargain and loads of shopping and eating places.

Fantastic bag shopping, might have got lucky going on a particularly good day at Michael kors ( 70 per cent off most bags😃). Other than that, personally think shopping in Florida was better overall. Hubby & kids certainly preferred Florida, but I love my bags, so I would definitely recommend a visit👍

the shopping trip itself was good for all kinds of bargains but we could have been informed on our tickets that we needed photographic i.d we went for the early bus to get there only to have to go back to our hotel to get photo id. lucky enough we were not to far from bus station but still got there later than we expected to be there. it would be better if it was printed on tickets that you need photo id.

Woodbury Common is excellent for shopping although I would not go by bus next time. The return coach was very late picking up. By this time there were loads of people crowding around under the bus shelter (it was raining) and no orderly queue. People just queue jumped which I find very frustrating when I had been waiting half an hour longer than them. Coach was packed and no where to put your shopping. Will get a private car next time.

Lovely trip but please make sure you take your passport & card you paid with to swap your tickets in New York. Make sure you leave plenty of time as the buses were very busy & didn't seem to have enough on mid afternoon. We were lucky as we got the 3.30pm bus but had waited since 2.35pm so was near the front of queue. This took just over an hour to get back. Our friends were not so lucky they caught the next one and it took 2 hrs to get back with all the traffic.

This was really good for great bargains. The lady who served me at the grayline desk where I had to pick the tickets up could have been more polite as she left me standing there for ages whilst she printed and stapled the tickets. I asked her a question about return times and she said I had to wait till she finished printing the tickets in my eyes this was time wasting and also rude as no other conversation was made. We also had to wait for the bus for a long time as the bus we wanted to go on became full as there were so many people. On the return we also had to wait for the bus again and when one did arrive the organiser decided to send it away with 6 people on as they were going locally and left the other 30 people waiting. Woodbury common itself is worth going to however when we went some of the restaurants listed weren't even open for business yet and the staff at the Starbucks were also very rude. Staff at Michael kors shop were fantastic and went above and beyond. Yankee candle shop was amazing and lots of bargains and fragrances on the candles.
