What is Ferrari Land?
Ferrari Land is the third theme park at PortAventura World, joining PortAventura Park and Caribe Aquatic Park in Costa Daurada, Spain. Spread across more than 70,000m² and styled as a sun-soaked Italian piazza, this is the only Ferrari theme park in Europe, and the second in the world after Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
Step through the gates and you’ll find 16 attractions and games across the park, all built around the speed, heritage and glamour of the Ferrari brand. The skyline is dominated by Red Force, a vertical accelerator coaster that reaches 180km/h in just 5 seconds, while the Ferrari Experience building at the heart of the park houses simulators, a gallery dedicated to Ferrari’s racing history, and a flying theatre that takes you soaring over some of the world’s most iconic landmarks!
Ferrari Land is situated within easy reach of Barcelona, around an hour away by car or train, and just 15 minutes from Reus Airport, making it a popular day trip if you’re staying along the Costa Daurada or in Barcelona itself.

Rides
Red Force
- Ride/Attraction Type - Vertical Accelerator Coaster

Climb aboard and brace yourself! Red Force launches from 0 to 180km/h in just 5 seconds, sending you 112 metres into the Catalan sky before plunging back down. It's Europe's only giga coaster and the tallest and fastest roller coaster on the continent, so it's no surprise this is the ride everyone talks about on the way home.
Fun fact: Red Force briefly held the title of the world's tallest roller coaster between November 2024 and May 2025, while two other giants of the genre were between records.
Thrill Towers: Free Fall and Bounce Back Tower

Two towers, two very different thrills. Take the plunge on the Free Fall Tower for a heart-in-mouth drop, or hold on tight as the Bounce-Back Tower launches you skyward before bouncing back down. Both towers rise an impressive 55 metres above Ferrari Land, powered by mechanical gearing inspired by genuine Ferrari engine pistons.

Settle into your seat inside the Ferrari Experience building and take to the skies. Flying Dreams carries you on a sweeping virtual flight past some of the world's most iconic landmarks, from the Egyptian pyramids to the Great Wall of China, all set to a soundtrack that puts you right in the cockpit alongside a Ferrari.

Junior Red Force

A scaled-down tribute to the park's headline coaster, Junior Red Force lets younger visitors ride their own F1-shaped Ferrari car around a gentle track, all the fun of the big ride with none of the drop.
Crazy Pistons

New for the 2026 GP Festival, Born to Race blends acrobatics, dance and original music to tell the story of a young boy captivated by the roar of engines and the dream of becoming a Ferrari driver. Expect visuals inspired by Ferrari’s heritage from the 1950s through to the 1970s.
GP Parade
Show type - Street Animation/Parade

When is it on? 5 June to 19 July 2026
Also debuting for the GP Festival, GP Parade is a roaming street show featuring a float inspired by a racing truck, accompanied by music, dance and live performances as it travels through the park.
Dining in Ferrari Land
You won’t go hungry at Ferrari Land. Six dining spots are spread across the park, whether you fancy a quick snack between rides or a proper sit-down Italian meal.
Quick-Service and Snack Stops
- Finished Line - Grab a hot dog, snack or coffee on the go at this quick-service stop, perfect for refuelling between rides without losing time in the queue.
- Paddock - Themed around rims, tools and pit equipment, Paddock serves up hamburgers, hot dogs and desserts for a speedy bite to eat.
- Ice Cream Box - Cool off with ice cream, slushies, waffles and crepes at this sweet treat stop, a must-visit on a hot Costa Daurada afternoon.
- Stop&Go - A handy spot for drinks and sweet snacks whenever you need a quick pit stop of your own.

- Pit Lane - A self-service restaurant dishing up salads, hamburgers, pizzas and desserts, all served against pit-lane and “boxes” theming.
- Trattoria Maranello - This table-service restaurant brings authentic Italian cooking to Ferrari Land, with salads, pizza, pasta, risotto and fish served in a setting styled on a classic Italian trattoria. Ask for a table with a view of Red Force for the full Ferrari Land experience while you eat!
Ferrari Land Express Pass
Red Force and the other big-name rides are incredibly popular, so if you’d rather spend your time on the attractions than in the queue for them, Ferrari Land has its own skip-the-line Express Pass. You get two options, covering five Express-eligible rides.

Each pass comes with its own terms and conditions, including which rides participate and any seasonal restrictions, so it’s worth a quick read before you buy. PortAventura Park and Caribe Aquatic Park each have their own separate Express Pass ranges, which we’ll cover in their dedicated guides.
Express Passes are normally cheaper booked online in advance than at the park’s gates, and availability can be limited on busy days. On quieter days though (like weekdays outside school holidays), you might not need one at all. On peak summer weekends and during the GP Festival, it’s worth the investment if Red Force is on your must-ride list!

Parking at Ferrari Land
Car parking starts from €16, with a preferred zone closer to the entrance from €21. Caravans and trucks also start from €16, and motorbike parking starts from €6. PortAventura World® hotel guests can park free of charge at their hotels.
Getting to Ferrari Land
- Address: Ferrari Land is located within PortAventura World, on the Costa Daurada in Tarragona, Spain. The full address is Avinguda Alcalde Pere Molas, s/n, 43480 Vila-seca, Tarragona, Spain
- By car: PortAventura World has direct access from the A-7 motorway, with driving from central Barcelona taking around 1 hour 15 minutes.
- By train: PortAventura World has its own station on the R-17 and RT2 Rodalies de Catalunya lines. From further afield, AVE and long-distance services call at Camp de Tarragona, with onward bus, taxi and car hire links to the resort.
- By air: PortAventura World is around 1 hour from Barcelona-El Prat Airport and just 15 minutes from Reus Airport, with bus, taxi and care hire options from both.
- By bus: Coach services run to PortAventura World from Barcelona and along the Costa Daurada and Costa Brava.
What to Bring to Ferrari Land
- A bottle of water, refilled at the park’s free water points - handy given how warm the Costa Daurada gets, particularly between June and September
- Sun cream, sunglasses and a hat for time spent outdoors, whether you’re queuing or exploring between rides
- A small amount of cash or a card for locker hire - smaller lockers cost around €2 for the day if you’d rather travel light
What to Wear at PortAventura Park
- Comfortable, broken-in shoes - you’ll be on your feet for most of the day, and flip-flops or loose sandals aren’t recommended on the faster rides
- A light layer for later on, since Ferrari Land’s hours run well into the evening for much of the year and it cools off noticeably after dark
- Swimwear and a towel packed separately if you’re pairing your visit with Caribe Aquatic Park during the summer season
- Minimal jewellery and accessories - sunglasses, necklaces and neck-worn phone cases will need to come off before boarding several of the rides
Buy Ferrari Land Tickets
Ferrari Land can be visited with a standalone Ferrari Land One Day Ticket, or combined with PortAventura Park on a 1-Day/2-Park Ticket, 2-Day/2-Park Ticket or 3-Day/2-Park Ticket. If you’re wanting to make the most of the Costa Daurada, combination tickets including Caribe Aquatic Park are also available.
Important: On multi-day combo tickets, Ferrari Land can only be visited on one day of your trip, however many days your ticket covers for PortAventura Park. For example, a 3-Day/2-Park Ticket gives you one day combining PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land together, plus two further days at PortAventura Park only.
Children aged 0-3 enter Ferrari Land free of charge and don’t require a ticket.
