If you’re hoping to head to SeaWorld Orlando this summer, good news! Fan-favourite event Electric Ocean is returning for another year of sensory igniting experiences and lots of fun and excitement.
Starting May 27th 2022, the event will feature new daytime experiences and nighttime favourites, filled with dazzling lights, electrifying dance music, and fantastic evening energy that comes alive as the sun sets.
Electric Ocean is included with your SeaWorld Orlando park admission and is running on select days from May 27 to September 5, 2022.

Entertainment
Electric Current
Returning from Electric Ocean 2021 is Electric Current, the perfect entertainment for guests of all ages who love to move and groove. Enjoy tunes at The Waterfront as the DJ transforms the night into a family-friendly dance party from 5:45pm, alongside dancers and stilt walkers!
Rescue Tails
Another returning favourite is Rescue Tails, an insightful educational show that will teach guests all about SeaWorld’s commitment to animal care and rescue. Meet some of the Park’s rescued animals, including birds of prey, primates, and reptiles.
And new this year will be Rescue Tails: Night Vision, giving guests the chance to meet even more animals as they learn about SeaWorld’s exotic nocturnal creatures.
Ignite 360
Ignite is the only full-length theme park nighttime fireworks show in central Florida and this year it’s even bigger and better than ever before! You definitely don’t want to miss this firework and fountain spectacular, which brings the brilliant colours of the sea to life before your eyes. You can view the fireworks from all around SeaWorld’s central lake - showtime is at 10pm!
Club Sea Glow
Head to the Bayside Stadium when the sun goes down, to continue the electric fun with pumping dance music, dancers, and high energy performances, ready to keep the party going long into the night.
Elmo Rocks
Join Elmo, Zoe, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, Bert and Ernie as they go through the process of auditioning and rehearsing to transform into The Rockin’ Elmo Band. There’s awesome music and fun dancing in this kid-approved event at the Nautilus Theatre.
Food and Drink
There are a load of summer-themed eats and treats to tick into during the Electric Ocean season, including beignets, Philly cheesesteak and refreshing cocktails. There will be seven food and beverage booths in total:
- Café de Mar - on-the-go snacks like churros and pretzels, plus cocktails including piña coladas and strawberry daiquiris
- Voyager’s Smokehouse - beignets with bananas foster, dulce de leche or Nutella
- Coaster Cocktails - SeaWorld themed speciality cocktails including the Ice Breaker, Mako and Kraken
- Pinchos Eléctricos - barbecue skewers, empanadas, Passoã sangria and Corona beer
- Wild Arctic Plaza - Philly Cheese Skewers, frozen basil-mint caipirinhas and craft brews
- Beer Garden - potato and plantain chips washed down with lagers, pale ales or a tequila punch
- Bayside Snacks - classic theme park snacks including popcorn, pretzels and cotton candy
