• If you book within 7 days of travel, same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Ticket Validity:

• Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are valid for 180 days from the time of booking and can be used any time within this period.
• Tickets expire in full after 180 days, regardless of usage.
• Each ticket allows 1 (one) day of admission to Wild Wadi Waterpark unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed events, performances, or activities.

Park Rules:

• Appropriate swimwear is required. Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
• Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 years or older.
• Children under 3 enter free of charge (proof of age required).
• Park opening hours are subject to change—please check the latest hours before your visit.
• Management reserves the right to close certain attractions or the park early without compensating ticket holders.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before travel.
• Once tickets are processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
• Cancellations within 7 days of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
