Terms and conditions for Afternoon Tea for Two at 20 Stories Rooftop Restaurant
- Minimum age: 13 (under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Service charge is excluded and will be charged on the day
- Please note the experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary.
- We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
- Available Monday to Thursday: 14.00 - 16.30, Friday: 12.00 - 15.00 between January and November, subject to availability and excluding Valentine's Day and between 15 November to January.
- Please allow about 2 hours for the full experience.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher that has been partially used.
