Really easy to buy and then really easy to use once away. The addition of the free sim to use abroad was a useful bonus, especially for our son whose phone wasn’t covered under his contract.

I purchased the 4 attraction go city passes for new york in the black friday deals. Once I downloaded the app and put my passes on everything was great. You can pre-book the attractions that needed to be pre-booked very easy and it also let's you modify them right up until the day of the attraction. Any attractions that dont require pre-booking you just scan your pass at the till, all straight forward. I would definitely recommend these as it saved us a lot of money, ours were only £25 per attraction where as if we paid the attraction one the day some could have cost us 60$ upwards. I will definitely be getting theses again when we return to new york.

I purchased the pass that allowed 6 entries for myself and daughter. These were such good value and I would highly recommend. We also used blue light discount which was another bonus. Easy to use, some attractions you book others you just show the pass on entry. We would definitely buy again if we are lucky enough to return to New York.

After we got to our destination we used the ticket once and all was good until we went to use the ticket for the next attraction to find out it had expired which was totally unacceptable, only to be told by the kiosk staff that they have dealt with many of the same problems with these tickets and to get in touch with the company, at the front of a very long queue we had no choice but to pay again, I am so upset that we had a bad experience with the ticket we didn’t budget for extra costs .

Great price and easy to use. Blue light card holders also get a 10% discount. Would definitely use again for passes or Attraction Tickets/Passes.

Due to a member of our party being poorly as she has a hidden disability we were unable to go to the 911 Memorial and wasn’t able to cancel or rearrange within the time limit. Contacted them to rebook and they refused and so we lost one of our attractions. Really poor customer service and would not recommend. No allowance made for unforeseen circumstances so not happy

We got a 5 attraction ticket and worked no problems whatsoever and was so easy to order and download to phone. I would recommend to anyone who was thinking about it, and a lot lot cheaper than buying at the attraction itself.

Purchased a Go City New York pass. Once purchased it downloaded to the app on my phone straightaway. Easy to use app. Booked attractions with the app then had a confirmation email to confirm the booking. No issues using the pass at the attractions. Would highly recommend and would purchase again.
