Terms and conditions for Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass
- Customers will receive a gate-ready Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass. Download the Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass(s) directly to a smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Los Angeles attraction or experience when prompted.
- The Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass is open-dated and can be activated at anytime within one year of purchase the first time you visit a featured attraction.
- Passes expired after all your admissions are used or 30 days from activation (whichever comes first). Any unused visits will be forfeited after the ticket expiry.
- Some featured Los Angeles attractions may require advanced reservations to guarantee your entry. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- You can access three attractions from the options available.
- Featured attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice and there are no refunds should a particular attraction be withdrawn.
- The Go City: Los Angeles Essentials Pass includes only one visit per attraction. You can not visit the same attraction twice.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.
