April 2011: I just wanted to say what fantastic service I had from Caron Cockburn this morning when I booked tickets for Discovey Cove; she was so helpful, professional, personable, charming and enthusiastic.
All of my questions were answered thoroughly and everything was fully explained. Caron really couldn't do enough for me; we had a great chat about various other parks and she so kindly passed on her personal tips for tackling the parks with children.

Hi Julie,

Just a quick email to say thanks for supplying our Orlando theme park passes. We arrived back this morning after a fantastic 2 weeks.

Once again we had absolutely no problems gaining entry to the parks, which we have had in the past with other companies promising actual tickets but sending vouchers which results in having to stand in huge lines to exchange before entering the park! This was even more of a help with the tickets for Arabian Knights where we were able to arrive just 30 minutes before the show started and walk straight in whereas friends we met over there had to arrive approx 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Finally a big thanks for the free Planet Hollywood meal vouchers - still the best meal in Orlando.

We will be sure to use your services again

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for the excellent service that your company provide. I have used ATD previously for two Florida visits with my family, however this year, with the current financial climate I regrettably chose to use another theme park ticket provider in order to save some money. They have now gone into administration and I am currently in negotiations with my credit card provider for a refund under S.75 of the Consumer Credit Act. My friend and I have both booked our replacement tickets to Universal and Disney through ATD, we phoned on Friday and the tickets arrived this morning (Tuesday). Never again will I book tickets with another company to save approx £15 per person. The tremendous service and excellent customer liaison of ATD is worth every penny and I urge anyone from the UK travelling to Florida to visit the theme parks, book with Attraction Tickets Direct UK as they are the best provider out there, and their prices still remain competitive. I phoned the next morning to see if anything could be done and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and said he would sort it out. Hi do you have a feedback page, as having bought tickets from you I was going to leave feedback, as it was a great service from start to finish,from the selling agents advice to delivery, even from ticket sellers in the US I doubt I could get them cheaper, maybe a few dollars but they needed 90 minutes of your time, I have heard that before that would be a morning,so I could recommend buying tickets from yourself, once again many thanks for a great service if I return to US I would not hesitate to purchase tickets from attraction tickets, Steve

Dear Sir,

I recently purchased a number of tickets from your Company for a forthcoming trip to Florida.
Your invoice to me states 'if you weren't happy....................tell us about it'.
Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to do that due to the fact that, from the moment of my initial contact, I've had nothing but first class Customer Service, so much so that I felt compelled to tell someone other than the 'friends and family' that your invoice suggests.
So often these days we are quick to complain about poor experiences but completely overlook the good ones.

My initial contact was with Julie Hammond who, over several e-mails and phone calls, managed to get pretty close to the prices I already had.
Julie's proffesional but friendly manner left me with absolutley no hesitation in ordering from you.
We took delivery of the ticket pack a couple of weeks ago but I didn't get around to checking them until last weekend when, to my horror, I discovered that one was missing.
I telephoned you on Sunday evening and, to be honest, expected a battle.
I was dealt with by a quite lovely lady by the name of Mary who immediately put me at ease and assured me there was really nothing to worry about.............she would sort things out!
My replacement ticket arrived less than 48 hours later......no problems, no argument and certainly no battle.
Even tonight when I phoned with a couple of queries I had the pleasure of speaking to a very pleasant, personable and professional young lady by the name of Emma.

Never has spending so much money been quite so pleasant or painless.
The customer experience has been far in excess of what one tends to expect these days and so I would be very grateful if you would please pass on my Sincere Thanks to all concerned..........and of course, I will continue to recommend you to anyone who cares to listen.

Just a quick email to thank you so much to you and your company for all you have done so far to make my booking run smoothly. All of my friends have now paid for their part of the tickets, and I have just made the final payment. Each time a payment was made within minutes I received an email from your company notifying me of the payment and it was very easy for me to therefore keep track on payments made. I confirmed with your colleague on making the last payment just now that when the tickets are sent we would receive the Congo Golf per person and 6 waterpoof wallets, this she confirmed, and also one Time Out Guide for the group. I am very pleased with the service received so far. I understand that all the details and tickets will be sent in the next day or so by DHL and I gave across my work address. Just to confirm as I am panicing about the whole holiday now, the tickets include 14 days unlimited access to all parks including wet n wild, as discussed previously. I dont think people thank and complement people enough for their hard work and are all too easy to complain. I would most definitely use your company again and recommend to friends. Sorry it took so long but I just wanted to say thank you for your fantastic level of service when providing me with tickets for Port Aventura earlier in the Summer. In this day and age when many companies fail to fulfill their promises we received prompt and efficient service. I called on Monday for tickets, concerned that I'd left it too late as I was due to fly to Spain the following Sunday. A very helpful lady advised that we should receive them by Thursday (even though there was a threat of a postal strike). I was advised to call back on Wednesday if they had not arrived and she promised that she would get them to me reassuring me that I shouldn't worry. To our surprise they arrived the folowing day. Dear Sir/Madam,

I just wanted to comment on my recent service with the purchase of
Orlando Flex Plus tickets through your company.

I was delayed by work in Germany last week and orderd 3 tickets online
on Thursday evening, 2 adults and 1 child. Almost immediately after
receiving the confirmation, I realised that, as my son is 10 years old,
what I should have ordered is 3 adult tickets. I immediately e-mailed
yourselves to explain and try to get this corrected but was unable to
follow up with a phone call on Friday as I was travelling all day. As
time was short before our departure and I had paid for a 3 days
delivery I was worried that I was going to receive the original
tickets, a mistake which was purely mine. As your office is closed at
weekends I was exoecting problems as I could not call before Monday.

On Saturday, the tickets arrived, earlier than I was expecting, so I
was sure as I opened them that it would be my orginal order without the
amendment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the order had been
corrected and was exactly what I required.

I have no hesitation in complaining to companies if I receive very
poor service and I think I should also take the time to feedback when I
receive good service. I can say that the service has been outstanding -
I paid for a 3 day delivery and, allowing for the fact that I ordered
late one evening, what I actually got was next day delivery. In
addition, my correction which I requested was included in that rapid
response.

I can only say that the service has been outstanding and I would have
no hesitation in using your company again and recommending you to
others. This has been a csutomer service experience of the highest
standard and of which you should be very proud.

We were there from the 10/4/08 to 14/04/08 and we booked the New York New York Liberty Helicopter ride. The Top of the Rock (thank you for the recommendation as it was great to see the Empire State Building from there), we went to see Hair Spray at the Neil Simon Theatre - absoloutely fantastic. We went on the TV and Movie Sites tour and the guide was really informative and funny too.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the superb service I have
received from your Company. In January I ordered some Orlando theme
park tickets from 'Theme Park Tickets' - well in advance of our flights
to Florida this weekend. At the very last minute and after much
chasing, they informed me that they wouldn't be sending out the tickets
as they didn't have them. Yesterday at 12:00 I rang 'Attraction Tickets
Direct' and explained my problem. The lady who answered the call was
very helpful and appreciative of the situation, and first checked that
tickets were available and could be despatched that day. She then
assured me that the tickets would be sent out by special delivery and
that I would receive them the following day. A totally different
experience from the one I had received from 'Theme Park Tickets'. The
tickets actually arrived this morning at 8:00 - less that 24 hours after
they were ordered. The envelope itself had 'URGENT !!!' written in
large letters on it. What a service, I can't thank you enough. How I
wish in January I had chosen your Company. In future when I, or anyone
I know, requires tickets then there is only one place to get them -
'Attraction Tickets Direct'.

I just wanted to let you know we recently returned from our holiday to Florida. We had purchased tickets for Arabian Nights, Universal, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld parks.

Thought I would let you know how impressed and delighted I was with your customer service. I rang yesterday (Wednesday 9th August) and purchased two 7 day Disney Premium Tickets. The person I spoke to was pleasant,efficient and informative. The tickets were a good price and best of all arrived in this morning's post! (24 hours later) Thank you ever so much. Hello all, just a quick mail to say thank you for your VERY prompt service. Despite only ordering my tickets on Thursday evening, they were delivered at 9:00 this morning (Saturday). Just a note to thank you for arranging our 5-day passes for Disney World prior to our recent holiday in Orlando. I am wary of purchasing on-line and was a bit sceptical of your prices, especially when you were quoting much lower than your competitors. All these worries were unfounded as the tickets were with us within 48 hours and we got into all the Disney parks totally hassle-free, unlike others trying to enter with invalid tickets purchased in Orlando at so-called discount booths.I have recommended you to some of my colleagues going to Florida at Christmas and I will certainly contact you again for more tickets prior to my own family’s return in a couple of years. just wanted to say thankyou for the great service you provided, i had phoned themeparkland up after they had promised me they were the cheapest and would beat any quote i got, they told me no they wouldn't beat it as they would lose out. so i rang you up and wow you not only kept your promise about a price match you beat and my tickets were here in less then 48 hours, i will be recommending you to all my friends, one of the best and nicest
