Hotel Policies
- Check-in/Out: Check-in from 4.00pm and check-out before 11.00am; free luggage storage is available.
- Requirements: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests will be asked to show a photo ID upon check-in and provide a credit card for incidentals.
- Families: Children up to 17 years old can stay for free when sharing with an adult and using existing beds. Rollaway/extra beds are available for around $15 per night (subject to availability). Free cots are available on request at the property.
- Payments: Credit cards accepted: VISA, American Express, Mastercard.
- Resort Fee: A mandatory Resort Service fee of $41 per room, plus tax (subject to change without notice), is payable at checkout. This fee is not included in the room rate.
