    This ten-bedroom mansion villa in Reunion Resort sleeps up to twenty-five guests and is one of the most heavily equipped homes in the resort: an indoor two-storey half-court basketball court, a sauna and a separate steam room, three separate games spaces, a private cinema with reclining seating for eight, and every bedroom themed and en-suite.Outside, a private pool with a spillover spa sits on a large terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs, a covered lanai with a summer kitchen and BBQ grill, and a table tennis table. With Reunion membership access included, guests can also make use of the resort's incredible exclusive amenities on-site, including the five-acre water park and lazy river, three championship golf courses, ten communal pools, restaurants and bars, and the Seven Eagles fitness centre.     Overview

    You enter beneath a grand imperial staircase, and the ground floor opens into an oversized great room where everyone can gather. It runs into a custom kitchen set up for proper cooking, with a formal dining table seating sixteen alongside it and a breakfast bar seating another eight.

    Slide open the patio doors and the covered lanai has a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. Beyond it, a large terrace surrounds the private pool and spillover spa with sun loungers and tables and chairs, and there is a table tennis table out here too.

    Back inside, the converted garage is now a games room with commercial arcade cabinets and games consoles, and there is a steam room and a separate sauna, plus the indoor half-court basketball court with its own bathroom. A Sonos speaker system runs throughout the house. Upstairs, a skybox games room looks down over the two-storey basketball court and is fitted out with baseball memorabilia, vintage seating, a professional poker table and more arcade machines; a billiards room sits next door with a large u-shaped sectional and a TV; and the private cinema has reclining seating for eight.

    Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register their stay. All clients must be registered to allow us to produce their accommodation voucher which we will provide approx. 5 days before your arrival date. We will contact you after booking to retrieve the details needed to register your stay with the operator.

    Additionally, Florida State Law states all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) which is already included in the price of your villa, meaning no extra fees will apply at the time of booking. This fee will appear on your final voucher as a paid extra.

    If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.

    • Is there parking in Reunion Resort?

      Yes, parking is available at Reunion Resort, with designated spaces or private driveways at individual villas. Please note that resort parking is typically charged at approximately $20 (plus tax) per day, per unit. Street parking isn’t allowed, and the resort doesn’t accommodate RVs, boats or trailers.

      Additional overflow parking is available at the Westside, Eastside and Clubhouse areas. Low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and neighbourhood electric vehicles (NEVs) are allowed provided they are titled and insured. Valet parking is not currently offered.
