Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee plus tax. Please note that it may require 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable swimming environment, the heater’s performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, or equipment limitations. Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.


Parking Information:
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs and parking flow throughout the resort. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, in any of the designated parking bays. Do not block sidewalks/driveways and do not park on the grass. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by Reunion Resort.


Trash Information:
Trash is picked up from the bins outside on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Recycling will be picked up on Wednesdays. - Please ensure only bagged trash goes in the cans outside. Please put the trash bins out by the curb after 6:00pm on Wednesday night and pull it back on Thursday morning after the trash is collected.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.

    Beyond the villa, the resort’s water park features seven pools, a 1,000-foot lazy river, waterslides, water cannons and a children’s splash area, with several pools located alongside their own dining venues for the ultimate poolside experience.

    The sheer range of activities at Reunion Resort is one of its biggest draws. Tee off on three PGA championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer, or try the miniature golf course with its leafy waterfall feature.

Parking

  • Is there parking in Reunion Resort?

    Yes, parking is available at Reunion Resort, with designated spaces or private driveways at individual villas. Please note that resort parking is typically charged at approximately $20 (plus tax) per day, per unit. Street parking isn’t allowed, and the resort doesn’t accommodate RVs, boats or trailers.

    Additional overflow parking is available at the Westside, Eastside and Clubhouse areas. Low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and neighbourhood electric vehicles (NEVs) are allowed provided they are titled and insured. Valet parking is not currently offered.

    International Drive is 15 miles from the resort, while LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida are both within 25-28 miles. For longer adventures, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is 60 miles away and Clearwater Beach is 84 miles - ideal for a scenic day by the Gulf Coast.
