At the time of booking, you are booking the date/time of your visit to Madame Tussauds London.
Before you visit the Shrek's Adventure, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your Shrek's Adventure visits, simply click on the book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note that in November 2025, Shrek’s Adventure! will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
All visits must be completed within 90 days of your visit to Madame Tussauds London. Tickets expire after 90 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or older.
Infants under 2 years old can enter Madame Tussauds and Shrek's Adventure free of charge but must have a valid ticket.
No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot prior to visiting each attraction.
Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.
