How Do Dining Plans Work?

  • Your meal and snack entitlements are loaded onto your Disney MagicBand or card.
  • Touch your Disney MagicBand or card to the magic point when making a purchase.
  • Your server will give you a receipt showing your updated meal balance.

Want to eat light one day and splurge the next? Not a problem! Meals and snacks can be redeemed at any time during your stay. Unused meals and snacks will roll over day to day and expire at midnight on the reservation checkout date.

Tips to Remember!

  • Reservations are recommended! Character Dining and Signature Restaurants book up quickly, but you can make reservations up to 60 days before your visit
  • Quick-Service meals are great for casual dining or pit stops in the parks, while Table-Service meals are perfect when you want to relax over your meal.
  • Something to celebrate? For two Table-Service meals per person, you can experience fine dining with a distinctly magical flair at one of the Fine/Signature restaurants. Restrictions apply.
  • Snacks are available at Quick-Service restaurants and outdoor food carts throughout the Resort, including drinks, popcorn, ice cream and fresh fruit.
  • Dining Plans are not available for guests under the age of 3, but they can share from an adult plate at no charge, or a separate meal may be purchased from the menu.

Overview

Step into your own tropical paradise, with palm trees, white sand beaches and hammocks to laze in. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort consists of five brightly coloured island 'villages' which surround a sparkling 45-acre lake named Barefoot Bay. When you are wanting to grab some tasty bites, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort offers a great choice, including the newly opened SpyGlass Grill. There's also a Spanish fortress-themed pool with a slide as well as heated ‘quiet’ pools for a more relaxing swim. There are bikes for hire, nature trails, a lively shopping bazaar, food court and table-service dining, making this the perfect all-round family destination. Experience all the fun and flair of the Caribbean at an affordable price.

  • Magic Touches

    Each village has its own swimming pool and playground and offers cabanas and hammocks for relaxing moments in the sun. Dive into fun at any of the six heated pools located throughout the island villages or enjoy a swashbuckling adventure complete with waterfalls, water slides, shooting water cannons and more at the newly refurbished feature pool at Old Port Royale. Guests are now able to enjoy Disney Skyliner Transportation, a new gondola system with magical views as you are whisked off to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    There is a great mixture of casual and quick service restaurants at this resort, as well as plenty of grab 'n' go offerings and in-room pizza delivery.

Why we love it

The pirate-themed rooms offer an enchanting stay for parents and children alike. If kids can be torn away from the rooms, then they’ll love the huge feature pool with two slides - perfect for relaxing after the fun of the parks! With five separate island villages, each boasting their own pool, this is one of our favourites!

From January 2024 through late March 2024, the Fuentes del Morro Pool at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. During this time, Guests are welcome to swim in any of the 5 leisure pools at this Disney Resort hotel. 

From January 16, 2024, through January 21, 2024, Disney Skyliner will be closed for routine maintenance. Disney Skyliner service to Disney’s Riviera Resort and International Gateway at EPCOT will remain closed through January 27, 2024. Complimentary bus service will be available.
