      Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours

      If you’re staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours – these give you the opportunity to escape the crowds and visit the parks outside of regular opening hours at no extra charge.

    From September 2024 Through July 2026, refurbishments will occur in select areas of Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Please allow for extra travel time. Guests may also see and hear construction during their stay.

    From January 26, 2026, to early May 2026, the Bay Cove Pool, Bay Cove Water Play Area, and Bay Cove Pool Spa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be closed for maintenance. The Contemporary Feature Pool, Water Play Area, and Spas, and the Bay Lake Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will remain open for Guests to enjoy. Guests may see or hear construction until the work is completed in May.

    • The virtual ticket would not go into my Disney wallet so had to have a physical ticket which they gave us at the gates. Apart from that they were great tickets.

    • Lovely to see some new rides in this park. Sad to see The muppets have gone and the Rock & Roller ride is being upgraded with the muppets. We love this park.

    • The park is always one of our favourites. We have been many times now in double figures. Since our kids were young. Still visiting as just adults with no children. The parades are a must as is the fireworks. Parades are even better at night. All lit up on the floats. A very good atmosphere. Love to see you have kept our favourites. It’s a small world. Carousel of Progress. Pirates of the Caribbean. E T all a must. Loved the new Moana Area. We always buy the Magic Bands to enable us to have the privalage of photo pass. We then come home and make a Disney photo book. Also photos of us taken on some rides. To tap with our bands to save to our account very easy once they are energised down at Disney Springs. We love the new avatar ride.
