The majesty and grandeur of the great American Northwest echo throughout this relaxing mountain retreat inspired by the grand National Park lodges of yesteryear. Features include a massive lobby fireplace and an amazing geyser faithfully shooting water 12 storeys high every hour! Soak in the splendour of the great outdoors, from nature trails through pine forests to rocking chairs that overlook bubbling springs and a waterfall. Inside, discover towering totem poles, headdresses and more. There’s plenty to do, including a heated pool with a spectacular waterfall, sand beach, and boat and bike rentals for use along the surrounding scenic trails. Artist Point restaurant features Pacific Northwest cuisine for dinner and a Character Breakfast, while the Whispering Canyon Cafe offers family-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Magic Touches

Scenic wonders are everywhere at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, from the specially-themed restaurants to an amazing geyser faithfully shooting water 12 stories high every hour. There's endless fun to be had here for everyone, both day and night! The kids will love the totem pole in the lobby, carved with all their favourite Disney characters, as well as the swimming pool and Cubs Den Club.

Artist Point offers fine dining and celebrates the culinary heritage of the Pacific Northwest. Try the omelettes, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza and hamburgers at Roaring Forks where the rugged outdoorsy spirit of the Pacific Northwest emanates throughout this counter-service restaurant that's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or head to Whispering Canyon Café with the family for a meal of all-you-care-to-eat grub and good-time games.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort is located in the Magic Kingdom Resort area. Magic Kingdom Park is the closest Walt Disney World Theme Park to this hotel and guests can access the regular bus transport which runs approximately every 15 minutes.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge are undergoing exterior refurbishment through late 2026. As part of this work, the security kiosk will be expanded from late March through mid-October. The entrance will remain open, though lane closures may occur at times. Most amenities will remain available, but Guests may notice impacted views in some areas and see or hear construction during daytime hours.

Through late July 2026, the boat dock at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo routine maintenance. Boat transportation will be available for the remainder of the work. Guests may see or hear maintenance in the area until the work is complete.

loved epcot however we was disappointed twice with epcot, we visited and got a taxi instead of driving so we could have a drink around the world and when we got there there was sign up saying we’re shutting at 5:30pm we only arrived at 4:45pm so we had to leave, then when we came again we got stuck on guardians of the galaxy ride and the time we got off was 8:15pm and half the food vendors was shut so we could only eat at 3 places before the fireworks so we left hungry

well it was magically we ended up going to magic kingdom twice as it was far too hot to stand in the queues but we managed to see the parade the first time and then the fireworks the second time

great water park, loved the wave pool and the great rides but again maybe more sprinklers are needed as the floors are too hot and you need to wear your shoes up to the rides

loved hollywood studios, it was lovely and clean and has lots of characters out and about, queue times weren’t too bad either however the day we went we missed half of the indiana jones show as it was thundering and it was the last one of the day

great water park, lovely and clean nice and easy to enter. Has lots of music on, only downside is the floor is far too hot so you have to wear your shoes up to the water rides and come down with them in your hand

We loved our day at this water park, lots of shaded areas to relax, great choice of slides, relaxing lazy river is my favourite. Lockers $10 for the day to keep any valuables.

My personal favourite water park, the waves in the wave pool are epic and my teenage boys had hours of endless fun in here. The lazy river is also great for relaxing around the park. There are fewer shaded areas to relax in at this park so I would advise arriving early if you're in need of a shaded spot unless you are willing to pay extra for your own cabana.

I can't visit any other Disney park until I have been to magic kingdom to walk down main street to get a view of the castle. We love the variation of rides here as well as shows and meet and greet with characters. We were here between end of June and beginning of July and didn't queue for more than an hour for any ride. Disney are so well organised and efficient which really helps on scorching hot days as noone wants to be stood out in the heat in mile long queues. Also, the evening firework show is a must, and dont forget to wait til the end to see Tink fly from the castle. Tickets bought from attraction tickets were downloaded directly to our phones ones payment was complete. Really simple and memory maker included meaning we got all our snaps from around the park easily added to our Disney app.

Brilliant park to wonder around the world taking in a little bit of the different countries available. Lots of places to eat or snack and some lovely rides. Guardians of the Galaxy is a must! Tickets easily purchased from attraction tickets and added to our disney app once downloaded with no issues. We also got a great discount price ordering during their black friday event.

Lovely park to visit, the Avatar area is great and you should definitely ride flight of passage. We also loved the shows at this park particularly going into the tree of life to watch to Zootopia show. Expedition Everest was also a favourite. We had a 14 day ticket bought from attraction tickets at a great price and easy to download and add tickets to our Disney app for easy access in and out of parks and memory maker included so we have all our pictures from around the park sent to our app for us to download.
