    Arranged over two floors, this substantial eleven-bedroom villa has been thoughtfully designed for large groups, with generous open-plan living, dining, and hangout spaces throughout. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, dining area, and social living space, alongside four king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs.

    The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, an oversized granite island, two ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, making group catering simple and stress-free. The dining table seats fourteen guests, creating a wonderful space for family dinners and special evenings in, while large glass sliding doors lead directly out to the pool deck.

    Upstairs, the large loft room provides an additional place to relax, complete with a kitchenette, pool table, bar area, drinks fridge, TV, and Xbox. Movie lovers will adore the separate cinema room, which features stepped seating, a large screen, and projector for the ultimate film night. Outside, the north-facing pool deck completes the home, with a private swimming pool, spillover spa, multiple lounge chairs, and a convenient pool bathroom.
