All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
Only eight (8) tickets can be purchased by a customer per tour date
Link to claim tickets will be sent by Madison Square Garden via Ticketmaster. You will need a smartphone to access these tickets through the Ticketmaster App
Meeting Point-Present your ticket at the tour desk inside Chase Square, located in the Madison Square Garden box office lobby on 7th Avenue, between 31st and 32nd Street.
Follow-along guide available upon request (available in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian)
Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside The Garden. Accessible water fountains are available at the venue.
Madison Square Garden asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. Oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Madison Square Garden does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
In order to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Madison Square Garden.
