Overview

Step into New England Style elegance at Disney’s Beach Club Villa Resort. Located just a short walk from Epcot entrance at International Gateway, or take the Friendship water taxi to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These deluxe accommodations share all the wonderful amenities of the Yacht & Beach Club resorts including the unique 3-acre water recreation area of Stormalong Bay complete with a waterslide, lazy river, 2 kiddie pools and 3 whirlpool spas. Guests will be spoilt for choice at the dining locations offered here, including the famous “Kitchen Sink” as well as other popular ice cream sundaes and American grill favourites served at the old fashioned soda fountain Beaches & Cream, character breakfasts at Cape May café to fine dining at the highly acclaimed Yachtsman Steakhouse. Deluxe Studios can sleep up to 5 adults, and are equipped with kitchenette, and a small balcony/porch. 1 bedroom villas sleep up to 4 adults with the 2 bedroom villas sleeping up to 8 adults. These villas provide spacious family living accommodations, which include living room/kitchen balcony or porch and even in room laundry facilities. Everything to make this a truly comfortable home away from home.

Magic Touches

The undoubted centrepiece is Stormalong Bay, a three-acre mini-water park shared with Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Here guests will find an enormous pool that stretches between both properties with water slides, spa tubs and sandy beaches dotted along the way. After a busy day enjoy Disney classic films with Movies under the stars.

Located in the Epcot Resort area, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts offer convenient access to Walt Disney World Theme Parks. With Epcot just a short walk away and regular boat transportation to Disney’s Hollywood Studios available approximately every 15 minutes, exploring the magic of Disney has never been easier.

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours – these give you the opportunity to escape the crowds and visit the parks outside of regular opening hours at no extra charge.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort is undergoing routine exterior maintenance through 2027. This work may impact views from various locations throughout the resort, and at times, alternate paths of travel may be in place. While efforts will be made to minimise disruptions, construction may be noticeable during daytime hours.

From now through mid-September 2026, the lobby at Disney's Beach Club Villas will undergo maintenance in phases. Portions of the lobby may be temporarily unavailable, and alternate paths of travel may be in place. Guests may see or hear construction activity in the area from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until the work is complete.

From January 24-30, 2027, Disney Skyliner will be closed for refurbishment. A complimentary bus service will be available.

Another great day. Lots of things to do, the safari was a favourite along with many other rides. Seeing the Tigers & Gorillas were great. River rapids were good The "wild" sticker books were good too for the girls & very informative Seeing Bluey & Bingo & dancing with them was an absolute favourite with our 4 year old granddaughter!!

Really enjoyed Magic Kingdom Seeing our 4 year old granddaughter's face see the castle for the first time & meeting princesses was incredible. Also seeing her sister (our other granddaughter), aged 10 enjoy the parade, the rides & meeting princesses was brilliant too, even though she'd been lucky enough to go 7 years ago. Together they both enjoyed rides, meeting princesses & lots more !!

Great we love Epcot, went around lunchtime & stayed for the fireworks which we saw in "England" after eating fish & chips , stayed there at our table to watch the fireworks & had a great view. They were amazing 😄

Star wars land is epic. Slinky dog dash is worth the wait in line and the Tron ride was.....very short. We found that Lightning line passes were a waste of time for our party. The queues were not bad at all and if you tried to grab a Lightning lane pass, even well in advance like we did, the only ones on off were later on in the evening. Even though the parks were quite quiet 🤔🤔🤔🤔.. it didnt ruin our time here though...just wouldn't necessarily buy the Lightning lane passes again

Great park with great rides. Decided not to buy Lightning lane passes for this park and glad we didnt. Longest we queued was for flight of passage and that was 60 mins (and that was the second time on it that day) Wish disney would go back to the old fast pass system which was free and was alot less hassle

Guardians of the galaxy ride is amazing. Looks like they have had some investment since our last visit. Soarin was a nice touch for the USA 250 anniversary. Epcot still needs a few more great rides. But that is my own personal opinion
