  • We are not really water park fans but did enjoy the 3 hours here. Buses and access are particularly easy but it takes 1-2 visits to understand the 'flow' (what to bring, what to change into, where to sit, getting a lounger).

  • Building work gives limited options here... Hollywood Drift being built to replace Hollywood Rip ride Rocket. Fast and Furious closed, Escape from Gringotts broke down and we had to be evacuated (stuck for 1.5 hours).

  • Excellent as always but worth knowing that a bit of building is going on (less than Universal Studios though). King Kong was down (due to fire) and Jurassic rapids still being refurbished.

  • Loved Hulk and VelociCoaster for the older o es and Spider-Man and others for the younger children. There is something for everyone

  • Always use attraction tickets never had a problem. Really nice and helpful if you contact on phone Always ready to help. Yes someone will actually answer the phone and speak to you. NOT A MACHINE.

  • HHN wow amazing 😮 first timer at 46 detailing experience fun scare atmospheric just wow. Managed four houses was in park since 2 in the day early access due to staying at a universal hotel thank goodness. 2 hrs lines crammed in to small long lines with intermittent air con wasnt suited to my age. If id do it again im more clued up on what to expect. We left at 11.15 as older kids where just shattered. But the park all the detailing ongoing improvement even keeping a little nostalgia older rides i love the ET ride for me this time seemed as if it had a over hall improvements? It is such a fantastic ride 😍

  • Detail fabulous rides great probably my least favourite park. My kids loved it but returning for a second visit they didn't seem to bothered 😕. To much of a good thing probably. Refillable cups stands could maybe be closer to lockers rather than earlier areas. Great water park fun day with the older family kids ages from 26/13 looking forward to seeingbwith it closing what improvements are intended.

  • Its honestly the most magical place in the world. Adults become children your step count increases over night attempting to speed walk to the next ride. Its so eye catching detailing amazing addictive 😍 Not long home and so keen to return.
