Amazing Cocktails

The Chandelier:

The Chandelier Bar Las Vegas

The dazzling Chandelier bar at The Cosmopolitan hotel is absolutely stunning, and if it’s cocktails you’re after, you should definitely give this place a try. If you hadn’t already guessed by the name, the impressive bar is designed to look like a giant chandelier, adorned with 21-miles of crystal curtains containing over 2-million crystal beads! Within the chandelier there are 3 separate bar areas, offering guests unique experiences and signature cocktails. We’d recommend the ‘Infinite Playlist’- a rum concoction with toffee and vanilla undertones.

The View

107 Skylounge:

107 Sklyounge at the Stratosphere Hotel Las Vegas

Located all the way up on the 107th floor of the Stratosphere hotel, this award-winning bar is all about the view. Admire spectacular 360-degree views of the Las Vegas skyline whilst sipping on a selection of refreshing cocktails. Serving the self-proclaimed “dirtiest Martini in town”, these cocktails are pretty powerful! We love the ‘Chocolate Masterpiece’ made with Van Gogh chocolate vodka, Godiva chocolate and white chocolate liqueur topped with fresh cream. With not just one, but two happy hour slots each day, you can make the most of the menu and enjoy 2-for-1 cocktails. Our top tip is to get here just before sunset so that you can make the most of the stunning views as the sun goes down and watch the strip come to life.

Something Sweet

The Chocolate Bar:

If you’re looking for something sweet, The Chocolate Bar offers delicious cocktails inspired by some of your favourite treats. Just outside Hershey’s Chocolate World in the New York New York hotel, the chocolatey creations include the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Martini, Chocolate Coconut Martini and the signature Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Martini. It’s not just cocktails though, you can try chocolate flavoured beer, wine and vodka too! If you’ve got a sweet tooth this is the place for you.

Somewhere Cool

Minus5 Ice bar:

A bar where everything from the walls, to the chandeliers and even the glasses are made from ice. Minus5 invites you to get your gloves on and try something different inside this fantastic bar. Filled with incredible ice sculptures and over 90 tons of ice, there’s plenty to explore. Sip on cocktails, listen to lively music and enjoy an exciting LED light show. There’s even a professional photographer on hand to take photos of your one-of-a-kind experience, and the replica Las Vegas sign makes the perfect backdrop. Make sure you try the “coolest bar on the strip”!

Food and Drink

Voodoo Steak:

This is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty meal and a few drinks. Specialising in succulent steak, the extensive menu also offers sea bass, scallops, lobster bisque and Wagyu Beef. Located on the 50th floor of the Rio Las Vegas hotel, you can join in the party afterwards at the rooftop bar one floor above. The signature drink here is the ‘Witch Doctor’ cocktail, a mysterious rum-infused potion that literally turns up in a cloud of smoke!  Boasting amazing views of the strip, mouth-watering food and quirky cocktails, Voodoo will keep you entertained all night.
