Selected the tickets we wanted after much research. Paid and an E-ticket was sent to my email address which I printed then added to my universal app. The reason I purchased them here instead of cheaper elsewhere was that I had purchased my other park tickets with them already and so it was for ease.

A great event and tickets were easy to use - we also asked UO if it was possible to get a printed ticket for the event and our hotel printed them off for us even though the e tickets worked just fine

Couldn’t use my ticket because I was ill on that day. The day we used the sea would ticket it rain, so couldn’t do any rides, went back next day, but had to buy new tickets so was disappointing. One the day we when to bush gardens, four of the main rides were closed, so waste of money. The Disney & universal tickets were great. Would have been nice if we could have used bush and sea world tickets on another day.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening but the queue times for the haunted houses are really long and behind buildings (60-80mins) and the fast passes were £200 per person (too expensive for our family of 4). As we only had one evening at HHN, this meant that we didn't get to go to all 10 of the houses. However, after doing the main 4 we wanted to, we didn't feel like we missed out. The early entry from Hard Rock Hotel helped. The scare zones were fun to walk through too.

Halloween will never be the same again. This was a fantastic night. The scare actors are unreal. The scare houses are brilliant. All in all this was one of the highlights from our trip. Definitely would go back again
