Aquatica have just made an exciting announcement, confirming the opening date for their brand new attraction. Their thrilling new water slide call KareKare Curl will officially be unveiled in just a few weeks’ time on 12th April, which means there’s not long to wait before you can try it out for yourself!
If you haven’t heard much about Aquatica’s new attraction, KareKare Curl will be a “high-adrenaline, weightless adventure” unlike anything you’ve experienced at the park before. KareKare is a reference to the Maori word for “waves”. When this is combined with “curl” it describes the experience that guests will face- a curve-shaped wave! The water slide will feature an impressive vertical wave wall that is guaranteed to put even the most daring of thrill seekers to the test.
Aquatica have revealed that the vertical wall will allow riders to experience a feeling of weightlessness before they race back down to the bottom. We can't wait to try it out!
This is the second year in a row that Aquatica have added a new attraction to their park, with the incredible Ray Rush opening last May. If you haven’t had the chance to try it out yet, make sure these two attractions are at the very top of your list when you visit.
