The headline addition is Tenement, THORPE PARK's first fully immersive, pitch-black scare maze. Our top tips for a spooktacular Halloween day out

  • Book your tickets in advance. Pre-booking with AttractionTickets.com means your Halloween plans are sorted, so you can relax and enjoy the spooky build-up.
  • Choose your level of fright. Use our age guide above to match every member of your group to the perfect experiences.
  • Plan your costume. Fancy dress is half the fun, and face paint and costume make-up are welcome at the theme parks and Warwick Castle. Leave full-face masks (for ages 12+) and imitation weapons at home, as these aren't permitted.
  • Ride twice. At THORPE PARK and Alton Towers, ride your favourite coaster once in daylight and again after dark. It feels like a completely different ride!
  • Wrap up warm. October evenings can be chilly, so bring layers, a hat and a waterproof for when the sun goes down and the scares come out.
  • Download the park app. The official apps are the best place for park maps, show times and live ride information on the day.

There's still time to get your Halloween thrills!

Halloween 2026 is shaping up to be one of the spookiest yet, with a pitch-black anniversary maze at THORPE PARK, a sinister new archive at Alton Towers and plenty of monster-sized family fun at Chessington, LEGOLAND® Windsor and Warwick Castle.
