Terms and conditions for Masquerade Broadway Tickets
- Masquerade is a journey across multiple floors, including the use of several flights of stairs and escalators, and uses atmospheric haze and strobe light effects. There is an accessible path through the experience, while the standard path does have guests going up and down multiple flights of steps. There is no traditional theatre seating, and tickets are general admission.
- Formal or elevated evening wear is encouraged, though not required. Guests are asked to dress for the occasion by wearing black, white, or silver. They are also asked to wear a mask (one is provided at no cost if they do not bring one.) If you are unable to meet the dress code, a limited number of cloaks are available to borrow during your visit. Please wear shoes and clothing that allow for comfortable movement, stilettos are not permitted.
- Physical tickets and e-tickets are NOT provided for Masquerade. Instead, guests will receive a secret password via email directly from the show 24 hours before the performance. The password serves as their ticket. Masquerade staff will be stationed outside of the venue to check guests in.
- All guests must be 13+. Any guest under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Entry requires a valid photo ID.
- Doors open at your scheduled entry time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled more than 8 days prior to the show date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 8 days of the show date.
