Our guide to One World Observatory Combination Ticket
As well as enjoying Skip the Line access to New York's spectacular One World Observatory these tickets allow you to reserve a specific time and date to visit. PLUS you'll have the One World Explorer (virtual guide i-Pad) to assist you at every view point.
After entering through the Priority Access point, start your unique experience by boarding a Sky Pod elevator and ascending to the to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than sixty seconds.
Accompanying the rapid journey, an incredible high-definition time lapse video plays on the glass walls of your Sky Pod elevator recreating the development of New York City’s skyline from the 1500s to today’s skyscrapers.
When you get to the top, be prepared to explore three levels filled with innovation and inspiration. But first, immerse yourself in a 2-minute screening session at the See Forever Theater that presents the unique pulsating rhythm of the Big Apple in three dimensions, by combining bird’s eye imagery, time-lapse shots and patterns.
As the video ends, the screen rises slowly to reveal the observation deck and the amazing panoramic views of New York City and beyond.
Head to the main Observatory on the 100th floor, also known as the Discovery Level and experience the Big Apple like never before. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, taking in her iconic sights and neatly lined the blocks and avenues.
See the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Woolworth Building and the Statue of Liberty. From your lofty position you can look down on the helicopters that take tourists high over Manhattan and see just how many boats fill the surrounding water.
The Main Observatory also features the expansive Sky Portal, where you can take a walk high above the streets of New York. Those brave enough step a circle of video screens that deliver an unforgettable high-definition view of the streets below.
If you want to complete the day with a drink, a bite to eat or dinner, One World Observatory offers three distinct options at the 101th floor, all of them with a setting that is truly and magnificently one-of-a-kind.

One World Observatory™ is open daily, year round. Start Times: 8.00am to 10.00am during the summer months, for the rest of the year it is generally 8.00am to 8.00pm.

One World Observatory is open 9.00am to 8.00pm with the last lift available at 7.15pm except 17 November to 7th January - last entry is 8.15pm, 24th December last entrance 4.15pm, 25 December last entrance 6.15pm and 1st January last entrance 8.15pm.

Terms and conditions for One World Observatory Combination Ticket
- You must select the date and time you wish to visit the One World Observatory. Tickets cannot be used at a different time.
- You must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your designated admission time. Due to high demand, tickets cannot be honoured outside your selected time and date.
- Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests ages 5 and under are admitted free of charge
- Any professional photo or video equipment is not permitted
- Once booked and confirmed One World Observatory Tickets are non-refundable and 100% cancellation fees will apply.

- What is One World Observatory?
Located at the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, on the 100th, 101st and 102nd floors of One World Trade Center, the One World Observatory offers views of New York City’s iconic sights, surrounding waters and skyline. The guest experience goes beyond the amazing view as Guests can explore the levels of the Observatory filled with innovation, inspiration and an incredible elevator ride to the top.
- What are timed tickets?
Your ticket is good for the time and date printed on the ticket. Just arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your entry time, no need to wait on line for entry to the building.
- What if I arrive later than my entry time?
Late arrivals will be accommodated based on capacity. However, you may be required to wait until the first possible open time slot. We strongly encourage you to arrive earlier than your scheduled time to avoid any delays.
- Is One World Observatory accessible to guests with disabilities?
One World Observatory – including its exhibits and amenities – are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance (e.g., auxiliary aids or services), should contact the Guest Services office at 844-OWO-1776 or Guest Services Desk, in advance of their visit.
- Are push chairs allowed?
Yes, push chairs are allowed but you will be asked to remove your child and fold your push chair up for access to the elevators as well as the escalators within the experience.
- Can I take pictures?
Yes, we encourage all guests to take as many personal photos or video with hand held devices as they would like.
- Is smoking permitted at One World Observatory?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Observatory including our outside West Plaza.
- We are visiting prior to going to the airport; can we bring our luggage with us?
No, luggage is not allowed in the Observatory. Only bags/backpacks/packages no larger than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9″ deep are permitted. There are no lockers or storage capabilities available for personal items.
