As well as admission to the One World Observatory, enjoy access to a priority elevator - you will not have to join the regular queue to go up or down. You do still have to go through security, but your ticket also allows you to join a separate priority line!

After entering through the Priority Access point, start your unique One World Observatory experience by boarding a Sky Pod elevator and ascending to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than sixty seconds. Accompanying the rapid journey, an incredible high-definition time-lapse video plays on the glass walls of your Sky Pod elevator recreating the development of New York City’s skyline from the 1500s to today’s 21st-century skyscrapers.
As you arrive at the 100th floor One World Observatory, be prepared to explore three levels filled with innovation and inspiration. But first, immerse yourself in a 2-minute screening session at the See Forever Theater that presents the unique pulsating rhythm of the Big Apple in three dimensions, by combining bird’s eye imagery, time-lapse shots and patterns. As the video ends, the screen rises slowly to reveal the observation deck and the amazing panoramic views of New York City and beyond.
Head to the main Observatory on the 100th floor, also known as the Discovery Level and experience the Big Apple like never before. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, taking in her iconic sights and neatly lined the blocks and avenues. See the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Woolworth Building and the Statue of Liberty. - To help control capacity, all guests must pre-book a time slot before visiting the One World Observatory.
- Your One World Observatory ticket guarantees entry for the selected date and time.
- Tickets cannot be used at a different time and you must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your designated admission time.
- Due to high demand, tickets cannot be honored outside your selected time and date.
- Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests ages 5 and under are admitted free of charge.
- Any professional photo or video equipment is not permitted.
- As COVID regulations change frequently and at short notice, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked the requirements that the USA has put in place so that all visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience.

What is a One World Observatory timed ticket?
Your ticket is good for the time and date printed on the ticket. Just arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your entry time. There is no need to wait in line for entry to the building and with this One World Observatory ticket you can also join the priority lane for security and the Sky Pod elevator.
What if I arrive later than my entry time?
Late arrivals will be accommodated based on capacity and you may be required to wait until the first possible open time slot. We strongly encourage you to arrive earlier than your scheduled time to avoid any delays.
Is One World Observatory accessible to guests with disabilities?
One World Observatory – including its exhibits and amenities – are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance (e.g., auxiliary aids or services), should contact the Guest Services office at 844-OWO-1776 or Guest Services Desk, in advance of their visit.
Are pushchairs allowed?
Yes, pushchairs are allowed but you will be asked to remove your child and fold your pushchair up for access to the elevators as well as the escalators within the experience.
Can I take pictures?
Absolutely! The One World Observatory encourages all guests to take as many personal photos or video with handheld devices as they would like.
Is smoking permitted at One World Observatory?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Observatory including the outside West Plaza.
We are visiting the One World Observatory prior to going to the airport. Can we bring our luggage with us?
No, luggage is not allowed in the Observatory. Only bags/backpacks/packages no larger than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9″ deep are permitted. There are no lockers or storage capabilities available for personal items.
