Terms and Conditions – Disneyland Resort Merchandise Giveaway 2025
1 - Promoter
This giveaway is run and administered by AttractionTickets.com (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way administered by The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland Resort, or any of their affiliates.
2 - Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of AttractionTickets.com, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. One entry per person and per email address. Automated, bulk, third-party or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility (e.g. age and residency).
3 - How to Enter
To enter, participants must read the blog article 'Disneyland Resort in California’s 70th Anniversary Celebrations' on AttractionTickets.com and complete the Disneyland Resort quiz at the bottom of the page. Entrants will be asked to select which prize bundle they would like to win. They will then be entered into the draw for that specific bundle only. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
4 - Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available, each consisting of an official Disney merchandise bundle:
- Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Merchandise Bundle (worth over £140).
- Disneyland Park-Inspired Merchandise Bundle (worth over £100).
- Disney California Adventure Park-Inspired Merchandise Bundle (worth over £100).
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Prizes will only be delivered to a UK postal address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once dispatched.
5 - Opening and Closing Dates
The giveaway opens on 30th September 2025 (on publication of the quiz) and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 15th October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
6 - Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries for each bundle and will be notified by email no later than 31st October 2025. Winners’ names will also be published on this Terms & Conditions page. Winners must claim their prize by responding within 7 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected.
7 - Data Protection
By entering the giveaway, entrants provide their email address solely for the purpose of administering the competition. Entrants will be asked if they wish to join the AttractionTickets.com mailing list. Those who agree will have their details added to the mailing list and may unsubscribe at any time. Entrants who choose not to join the mailing list will have their email address used only for competition-related communication. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8 - General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered due to technical fault, error, or other reason beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so.
