Good value for money. We looked at going by train but the tour was better value and targeted most of the sights we wanted to see. The tour guide was knowledgable and kept us to time. The Drivers were experienced and friendly. It was a long day but we'll worth it. My only criticism is that attraction tickets lists a visit to the Smithssonian, they only do that on a day of bad weather.

A VERY long day 15hrs but well worth it, picked up on time from Mc Donald's very informative guide, he new loads and kept us well informed, saw everything what was stated we'd see.

Excellent, would definitely recommend this tour. We saw the Lincoln Memorial, Arlington Cemetery, the White House, Capitol Building and the Pentagon. We then had a choice of the different museums. We went in the Air and Space Museum.

Eduardo was our guide and Mr Williams our driver. They were lovely and very accommodating. The knowledge was superb and they made the trip just that bit more special. Totally recommend and would definitely go again.

The Tour content was good, however the road journey in a minibus from NYC to Washington was extremely bumpy. The pedometer in my pocket read over 10000 "steps" going to Washington. That aside, we enjoyed the trip.

Saw a lot, makes for it being bit of a rush but we expected that. Could have done with at least an extra few minutes at the Whitehouse - after all thatis a key highlight - as we spent longer at lesser sites. The person greeting guests at the pick up point was less than freindly which initially concerned us, but fortuneately he was not the guide and the lady who was with us that day was excellent.

Well worth taking a day out from New York saw everything and had enough time at each stop, would have been nice to be able to go into town to look at shops rather than the air/space museum but in all was excellent

This trip was good was good as we saw quite a lot in one day. Capital hill was slightly disappointing as they are renovating the roof so it had scaffolding all around it and will have for the next year. We were shown macdonalds at the museum and told to eat there however it would have been nice to have more options. Our tour guide was ok she seemed to take a shine to one of the gentlemen on the trip and spent a lot of time answering his questions rather than involving the group. Washington was really quiet when we went on a weekday so that was a nice change from hustle and bustle of New York.

Even though it was a very early start and a long day. We really enjoyed the day we got to see lots, the capital building, Thomas Jefferson memorial, Vietnam and Korea memorials, Lincoln memorial, Washington monument, Iwo Jima monument , The White House, and to end the day we went to the air and space museum where we had a late lunch. The guide we had with us was full of knowledge.

Although a little rushed at times, this trip was very well organised to avoid as much traffic as possible and to see as many sites as possible. The journey is not as scary as we thought and you stop both ways in Delaware. The tour guide Isella was amazingly full of knowledge and kept us entertained during the journey with facts about each place we visited and each state we went through. This tour is definitely worth every penny and although you start early you are back in NYC before dinner! We looked in to doing the trip ourselves by train but it would have been impossible to see as much in one day as we did on this tour. My only criticism would be that I was hoping to spend a bit longer at the Lincoln Memorial. However, overall I am very glad we did this trip and would strongly recommend it for those that have the time to escape NYC for a day.

The guide was excellent but I would have preferred a visit to the art gallery in Washington to the Air and Space Museum. Also, it is shame that the Martin Luther King memorial could not have been included as it had just opened.
