Terms and conditions for Topolino E-Car Rome Experience
- You will receive a voucher for this experience. Please read it thoroughly.
- Itinerary subject to change without notice.
- Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.
- Please note below the minimum requirements to attend "E-car Drive Experience in Rome" tour:
- Maximum height: mt. 1,90 (6,3 feet)
- Maximum weight: kg 100 (220 lb)
- Please communicate this information at our booking office. For safety reasons, at check-in, Towns of Italy reserves the right to exclude participants from this tour, if these requirements are not met, and no refund will be due.
- You will be driving the car yourself. You'll need a valid car driving license, and please make sure you have it with you on the tour (if you don't have it
- with you, you won't be able to participate).
- You must be at least 18 years of age to drive, at least 13 years to be a passenger (the DOUBLE option is for driver+passenger).
- The tour operator reserves the right of final judgement in client participation of actual car driving, or to discontinue car use at any point of the tour.
- Any participant unable to drive cars safely may switch as a passenger (subject to availability), or on the guide’s car if available. NO REFUND will be
- granted in this case. OUR FIRST AND FOREMOST CONCERN IS EVERYONE’S SAFETY.
- A THIRD-PARTY insurance for civil liability is INCLUDED in the price of the tour. As for any vehicle rental, please note that clients will be given two
- options to choose from, to cover vehicle damages (either one of these two will need to be chosen in order to rent the car): subscribe an additional
- insurance (€20,00 per vehicle, not refundable) or sign for a guarantee deposit of € 500,00 on their credit card.
- Please let us know in advance any special needs or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- We love animals, but pets are not permitted on board to avoid any allergy-related issues and ensure the comfort of all passengers.
- Please refrain from consuming food and beverages on board, except for water.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure or do not show for the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
