- Minimum age: 16 years
- A voucher will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher.
- Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please advise the hotel of any of the following when booking - epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy or recent operations.
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
- This experience is available Monday-Thursday. Excluded dates may apply.
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow up to 3 hours for the full experience.
- Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
