Terms and conditions for Gripped London All Inclusive Adventure Pass for Two - Experience Voucher
- A voucher which will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher. Your voucher is open-dated and valid for 12 months. Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Minimum height: 1.4m
- Maximum weight: 120kg
- Please note: Under 15s will need a ticket-holding adult to participate with them on the Zip Trek and High Ropes. A supervising (no ticket needed) will need to be present whilst on the Speed Slides, Power Fan and Bag Jump. The Net Adventure Park has a minimum age of 4 years, but guests between 4and 6 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. 1 adult can accompany up to 4 under 15s.
- This is not suitable for non-ambulant guests. All guests must be able to walk unaided in order to experience the park.
- It is not advisable for expectant mothers to participate.
- Zip Trekking course includes a small number of obstacles, bridges and nets, included to make the course more thrilling. However, most of the course is made up of simple long and short zips.
- This is not suitable for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs and/or back/neck problems.
- If you have any questions regarding suitability for any pre-existing medical conditions, please check with your doctor
- Please note that participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be unable to take part.
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
- All guests must participate in the safety briefing for their activity and follow Team Member's instructions at all times for their safety.
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes that are secured to your feet and have a good grip are highly recommended.
- Athletic wear is recommended, long hair must be tied up and accessories must be removed before you partake in any activity.
- This experience is available on weekends from mid-February and seven days a week April-October. The park is closed November to mid-February. Exclusions may apply.
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow 5 hours to complete all the activities. This will of course vary and will depend on the fitness and skill levels of the participant.
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.

- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
