Terms and conditions for Oahu Explorer

  • A gate-ready Oahu Explorer Pass will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment. Download your Oahu Explorer Pass(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Oahu attraction or experience when prompted. You will be issued a gate-ready e-ticket, enabling you to start using your Oahu Explorer Pass  as soon as you arrive in Oahu.
  • Your e-ticket will include a link to the most up-to-date attraction information, which you can download.
  • Your Oahu Explorer Pass is valid for one year from the purchase date. Visiting your first attraction activates your card and from then you have 60 days to visit the attractions you wish to. 
  • Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Oahu Explorer Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
  • Child passes are for children ages 3 to 12. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details.
  • Unless otherwise noted, you may visit each attraction only once.
  • Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier before your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
