Inourchased the tickets online and had minimum contact. Tickets turned up after final payment with instructions all understandable. Firstly the price of the tickets are ridiculously expensive. Park was ok. Really disappointed with ride lengths espepcially after queing up in the heat for so long. I was so disappointed that I paid full price for access to the parks only to be told around 5pm that I had to leave and if I wanted to get back in for the Halloween events I had to buy another ticket. I believe I should not have paid full price for the days I wouldn't be allowed to use the parks for the full day. Again prices are really.expensive.

On the evening of the not so scary party there was an enormous thunderstorm going on behind the castle which added the suspense leading up to the fireworks display. Well timed Mr Disney. I knew you were looking down on us.

Staff were excellent throughout both in person and via the online chat which was answered in seconds The reception desk were quick and efficient and the universal desk really helpful with advice and restaurant bookings as well as sorting my Epic express passes without the rest of the family knowing ( big surprise on the day)

Technically I didn’t receive any specific service as I’m sure all the functions I used were automated. I never required intervention as everything went smoothly for us. But since nothing went wrong, I’ve given 5*! This is also not the first time we have used Attraction Tickets so I felt confident coming back.

The website is easy to negotiate, we used one of their deals and once paid in full the e-tickets downloaded. These can be linked to My Disney Experience or your wallet on your phone

Great value. Purchased a dolphin swim package for the family when it was on special offer and a further discount offered so was an amazing price and also included 14 days to Seaworld and Aquatica. Everything from food to sun cream to wetsuits was included at Discovery Cove so only really needed to take ourselves. As we arrived just after 7am and joined the queue we were allocated a mid-morning dolphin swim which was perfect as the afternoon thunderstorms starting coming in around 2pm.
