All communications were friendly, clear and helpful. The turnaround times to receive responses to emails was very quick and it was reassuring to feel that I was dealing with a person rather than receiving automated/templated responses. As previously mentioned the extras included with the package were great and really appreciated.

I see the service as poor as the ticket package had been mis-sold & not descriptive on when parks may be open or not open. At no time did I receive any information from Attraction tickets on any changes to park opening times.

The free dining plan in sea world was an absolute nightmare, at first it wasn’t redeemable in our experience, having going to and from guest relations we managed to get it. The second use was the same thing. Attraction tickets weren’t very helpful and passed the buck. No ownership was taken by attraction tickets and with this experience we won’t be recommending them or using them again.

Our day at Discovery Cove was just what we needed in the middle of a busy holiday.Really relaxing, really comfortable day. The all inclusive food was really nice. The staff were really helpful and swimming with the rays was great fun.

This experience was extremely disappointing and felt very poorly managed. Universal massively oversold the event and the queues were completely unrealistic. We waited just over three hours for a single house, despite joining the queue when the posted wait time was only 1 hour 15 minutes. The queue was in a plain car park with no facilities, no entertainment, and no proper crowd control. People were cramped together for hours, which became unsafe — at one point someone even threw a glass bottle near the queue. The wait completely ruined our night and left us unable to enjoy anything else. Considering the very high ticket price, the experience felt unacceptable. We also contacted AttractionTickets afterwards for support, but received no response, which added to the disappointment. Overall, very dissatisfied with both Universal and AttractionTickets on this occasion
