Excellent as with previous purchases. Again easy to follow website, when we booked our recent trip for this year, we decided to change dates and upgrade our room, so I rang up, and it couldn’t have been easier, the lady, who answered was brilliant and sorted everything out, and she was so enthusiastic, makes a massive difference does great customer service.

We booked Universal and the SeaWorld parks for late July/early August 2026. I made a mistake with the date, called them, and they quickly resolved it. I already have the tickets, and so far I'm happy.

I was abit hesitant by not going directly to Disney but after speaking with Kiera on email and then on the phone to her to complete my booking she made me feel so at ease. She put an amazing package together with exactly what we needed, explained everything and offered lots of advice. I can’t wait until the trip now at the end of the year and I can’t thank Kiera enough for making this holiday booking as smooth as possible!

Paid for a character lunch along with my booking. Arrived at the character lunch to be told I had not paid, Disney were not given the money from AT. So I had to pay again. Called AT while I was there and the person on the phone could not help and said a team member would get back to me. Hours later I received an email. I missed my children meeting Mickey because I was on the phone trying to sort it out. Ended up having to do a charge back

The website is easy to navigate and communication was straightforward from the start. Great deals for hotel and park package and was by far the cheapest after lots of research. Great service and will definitely recommend and use again.

As previously review, now free busses to Busch Gardens has stopped travel companies could have more help with alternative arrangements. Also single day Disney tickets not online, but always happy to call as staff always knowledgeable and friendly.
