  • The Shrek's Adventure portion of your ticket remains open-dated at the time of booking - you have 90 days to visit Shrek's Adventure from the day you visit the London Eye.
  • To ensure a seamless experience at the London Eye and Shrek's Adventure, you must reserve your admission before your visit. Click on the booking link found on your ticket to reserve your place.

Please note that Shrek's Adventure! London will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout January. If guests plan to visit Shrek’s Adventure! London on a multi-attraction ticket, they will need to book outside of these days/dates.

  • At the time of booking, you are booking the date/time of your visit to the  London Eye.
  • Before you visit Shrek's Adventure, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your Shrek's Adventure visits, simply click on the Book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Please note that in November 2025, Shrek’s Adventure! will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • All visits must be completed within 90 days of your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye. Tickets expire after 90 days, irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
  • Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from mid-January to early February. Please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.
  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
  • Infants under 2 years old can enter the lastminute.com London Eye and Shrek's Adventure free of charge, but must have a valid ticket.
  • No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
  • Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot before visiting each attraction.
  • Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
