If you are on your way to the theme park or already at the gate, please be aware that your tickets may not be processed in time if your order is placed outside of business hours. We strongly recommend booking in advance during our business hours to avoid any delays or disappointment.
Your tickets will be available to download from your customer account 7 days before your departure date.
If you book within 7 days of travel, same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Please note that our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings, so be sure to factor this in when placing your order. Your tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible during our working hours.
Wild Wadi Waterpark Tickets are valid for 180 days from the time we process your booking and can be activated at any time within this period.
Tickets expire in full after 180 days, irrespective of usage.
This ticket gives you 1 (one) day of admission to Wild Wadi Waterpark. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are not valid for separately ticketed events, performances or activities at Wild Wadi Waterpark.
Appropriate swimwear is required. Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 years or older to enter the waterpark.
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge and do not need a ticket (proof of age will be needed to enter the park)
Park opening hours are subject to change. Please check the latest opening hours before your visit.
Management of the Park reserves the right to not open certain or all attractions daily or to close the Park
early without compensating the ticket holders.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once booked and confirmed, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
