Our guide to Broadway Shows - China Doll

Al Pacino makes his long-awaited return to Broadway as multi-millionaire Mickey Ross, who has just bought an airplane as a wedding present for his much-younger fiancée.

Just as he prepares to leave the office one last time to go into semi-retirement, his assistant Carson patches through a phone call. What transpires next will test the mettle of any person about to embark on a life-changing event.

Mr. Pacino is joined on stage by Christopher Denham (Master Harold..., The Lieutenant of Inishmore) in this two-charact play written by Pulitzer Prize and Tony winner David Mamet, and under the direction of Tony Award-winner Pam MacKinnon (The Heidi Chronicles, Edward Albee's A Delicate Balance, Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Clybourne Park).
