• Park admission is not included and is required.
• The Penguin Encounter Ticket must be booked in advance and you must select your chosen date at the time of booking.
• You will receive a SeaWorld Penguin Encounter Ticket, this will be sent avialable to download shortly after your booking is processed.
• Ticket is only valid for the date chosen at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other day.
• All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Groups will be combined for encounter of about 15 guests.
• Total encounter will run approximately 20-30 minutes; time spent in habitat will be approximately 15 minutes.
• Please be aware that the habitat is approximately 60° F (15° C).
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
