- You will receive a voucher for this experience. Please read it thoroughly.
- Children under 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Shorts, big bags and liquid bottles are not permitted inside the museums.
- Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.
- Please note that when visiting the Roman Colosseum each passenger is required to provide their passport.
- Even with skip-the-line entrance, there is still a compulsory security check which may cause some delays.
- Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
- Please note that the itinerary of the tour may vary according to the day scheduling you may visit first the Colosseum than the Roman Forum or viceversa.
- Tours depart precisely at the scheduled tour start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honoured per policy. For most tours, it is not logistically possible to join the group after it has started.
