Experience the twists and turns of your favourite rides under the stars as the award-winning Alton After Dark event returns for 2025 with more dates! On the 21st - 23rd, and 28th - 29th of March as the theme park extends its hours until 8 pm. Ride your favourite attractions in the dark!  As the nights get longer, Scarefest beckons. On October’s spookiest dates, tiptoe into Alton Towers Resort for all sorts of creepy surprises as the award-winning Scarefest returns for 2025 (11th October - 3rd November); be prepared for spooktacular fun and thrills and brave your favourite rides in the dark!

  • Your Alton Towers Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
  • Persons under 90cm go FREE.  If your child is under 90cm, they can visit Alton Towers Theme Park for free with the purchase of an individual online ticket.  This must be collected at the attraction.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
  • Height and age restrictions apply on certain rides.
  • Alton Towers One Day Ticket excludes entrance to special ticketed events such as Halloween and Fireworks days.
