Combining the seamless heat of the shells with deeply relaxing massage techniques, this treat is guaranteed to restore calm and serenity. Your experience begins with an idyllic Lava Shell back massage, followed by your choice of either a tailored Elemis facial or a warming leg massage.
As part of your day, you’ll also enjoy full access to the health club’s facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Relaxation’s never been so easy.

- Minimum age: 18 years
- Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your booking date).
- If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please check with your GP prior to booking and also advise when exchanging the voucher.
- Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please take a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.
- Please note the experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
- We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
- This experience is available to book seven days a week throughout the year from 10am. Exclusions may apply.
- Please note: Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
