FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions for Disney and Universal Combo Ticket

Ticket Information

  • Why can I not purchase the Disney and Universal Combo Ticket between 20 October 2026 and 31 March 2027?

Universal Volcano Bay will be closed for refurbishment between 20 October 2026 and 31 March 2027. Because of this seasonal closure, guests visiting during this time will not be able to access all 4 Universal Orlando parks.

If you are visiting Orlando during this period, we recommend purchasing our Disney and Universal Combo Ticket Lite instead. This package offers 14 days of admission to the exact same Disney and Universal parks—including the all-new Universal Epic Universe—with the sole exception of Universal Volcano Bay.

The full version of our Disney and Universal Combo Ticket will be available once again for guests arriving in Orlando from 1 April 2027 onwards, or as soon as the refurbishment at Universal Volcano Bay is completed.
