No credit card fees
We don’t charge card fees when paying by Visa, Mastercard or debit cards.
The Most Unexceptional way to protect any purchase (travel related or not) is to pay on a credit card. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you can reclaim your money in full.
If we don’t do what we promise and send you real tickets that work at the gate, you will be entitled to reclaim your money in full under section 75 of the 1974 consumer credit act. More recently, Debit cards have also started to offer some financial protection. The Chargeback scheme makes it possible for you to claim a refund if a purchase made using a debit card is unsatisfactory or if you don’t receive the goods you’ve paid for. (We will do what we promise though!)
