The tickets were well worth it , the guide was ok but had a habit of rushing off in front and you lost communication in the earpiece because he was out of range .

Brilliant tour!! Not boring atall and learn so much throughout! Defo recommend doing this as the skip the line cuts you so much time and the guided tour is brilliant!

Excellent tour. The queue's were already very long when we got there so having a skip the line ticket was invaluable. There is so much to see and the guide was very good at telling us about lots of different things.

No queuing is essential.Tour guide knowledgable and friendly,takes you to the important pieces and areas to see.The Sistine chapel is very inspiring.Would recommend.

The tickets came through electronically - we printed them off and went down to the tour company office on the day of the tour - we were expected and the tour left to time with a good guide - we saved lots of queuing time by using this ADT service - we felt it was good value.

The voucher was for hotel pick up and we assumed we would be dropped off afterwards which wasn't so. Also I had to phone the tour operator in Rome as we were given a pick up time but nobody came to pick us up. The tour itself was great and the guide very informative
