We put a lot of care into packaging and delivering your tickets and have a great in-house team who pack and check them personally before they are sent out. Not only do we provide you with real park tickets (unless advised otherwise) but also a luxury ticket wallet to keep them safe and sound on your travels.

We send our tickets via a guaranteed delivery service, meaning they are tracked and delivered safely and securely straight to your front door.

We know that sometimes for one reason or another you may need to change or cancel your booking and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible to help you do so. 

 

Need to change my booking

 

If you need to change your booking before your tickets have been dispatched, please inform us as soon as possible, any changes to your booking are subject to a £25 admin charge (per booking) and will take effect once we have responded to your request.

 

Remember: If you are changing your attraction tickets, you need to be aware that the difference in price between the tickets in question may increase closer to the date of your departure, therefore try to contact us as soon as possible.

Need to cancel my booking before tickets have been sent out

If you need to cancel a booking before your tickets have been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellation requests are subject to charges (see table below) and will take effect once we have responded to your request.

Need to return my tickets and cancel booking

 

If you wish to return your tickets, please let us know as soon as possible. You will also need to confirm your request by giving us notice via email: [email protected]. Any cancellation and return requests are subject to charges (see table below) and will take effect once we have responded to your request and received the tickets back from you.

Cancelation and Return charges

If you want to cancel your booking and/or return your tickets, the following charges will apply (see chart below) and any refunds that are due to you will be paid to you once the tickets have been returned (and have not been damaged in anyway). 

Charges you will be required to pay are calculated from the date we receive written notification of your cancellation and your travel date:
