Our guide to Tower of London and Tower Bridge Tickets
Tower of London
Step into a world of incredible history at the Tower of London, a landmark that’s been at the heart of London life since the 11th century. Over the centuries, it’s played many roles – from a royal palace and prison to the home of the Royal Mint and even a zoo! Its dramatic past has earned it a fearsome reputation, but today, it’s one of the city’s most fascinating places to explore.
On your visit, you’ll get to meet the famous Yeoman Warders (also known as Beefeaters), who once guarded prisoners within the Tower’s ancient walls. Marvel at the dazzling Crown Jewels and find out which monarchs wore which stunning pieces. Don’t miss the Royal Beasts Exhibition, where you’ll discover the amazing story of the exotic animals – like lions, baboons, and even a polar bear – that once lived right inside the Tower.
Tower Bridge
With over 135 years of history, Tower Bridge is not only a London icon – it’s also full of stories waiting to be discovered. Stroll through the high-level Walkways, where interactive displays and exhibitions bring the bridge’s rich past to life. Brave the Glass Floors for amazing views over London’s most famous sights – from St Paul’s Cathedral and The Shard to the historic Tower of London and Canary Wharf.
When you’re ready to dig even deeper, head down to the atmospheric Victorian Engine Rooms. Here, you’ll step back in time and learn all about the powerful machinery – and the people – that kept the bridge moving.
