• Gate-ready digital ticket(s) will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment. Download your Universal Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Universal Orlando park when prompted.
• The Universal Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Ticket offers admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, plus select live entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk for up to 14 consecutive days.
• Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Tickets are activated the first time your visit either Universal Theme Park or Universal CityWalk entertainment venue and expire in full after 14 days from activation. Unused days shall be forfeited.
• Tickets are open-dated but must be first activated in the calendar year selected e.g. 2022 Universal Tickets must be first used on or before 31 December 2022.
• The Universal Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Ticket is non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• Ticket only valid only during normal operating hours.
• Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
• Unless otherwise stated, the Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Ticket does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
• Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

*Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees. The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus excess) at the time of booking. Zero cancellation charges are subject to the tickets not being activated and ticket validity windows. Any refund request must be received before the expiry printed on the ticket.
