COVID-19 Update

This is an exceptionally busy and difficult time for the travel industry and for you - our customers. We are endeavouring to do all we can to assist you. However, due to the volume of calls and emails we are receiving, our response time may be slower than usual. We ask you to:

  • Read our Coronovirus Amendment and Cancellation Policy and
  • Be patient.  We will help and we will get to your call, emails and questions. Our customer service team are all working hard to help all customers, particularly those due to travel in the coming days.

We are currently contacting customers who have booked USA attraction tickets with a DEPARTURE DATE UP TO 15 OCTOBER 2021 to discuss cancellation and amendment options.

If you are departing from 16 October 2021 onwards, please be assured a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you closer to your holiday departure date should the USA border remain closed to UK and EU nationals and there is no need to contact us at this time. 


Like many businesses at the moment, we are operating with less staff due to COVID-19. As such, we have reduced our hours of operation to the following:

Monday - Friday

10.00am - 4.00pm

Saturday & Sunday

  • Choose option 1 for expert advice and to make a new ticket or hotel booking
  • Choose option 2 for all existing bookings or alternatively dial 0203 904 4988 to get straight through to our admin team

NOTE: if you wish to amend a hotel booking in any way, please email [email protected]


We are currently unable to respond to email enquiries within an acceptable time period.  If you have an existing booking that you need to cancel or amend please refer to our Coronovirus Amendment and Cancellation Policy.
