Attraction tickets have a large amount of tickets you can book. We specifically had an issue as I purchased in error a fast track tick and not an entrance ticket to Epic Universal. It was only when we got to the park we found out. As I could afford to pay additional money out for entrance I contacted Attractive Tickets and they were able to help me and refunded the full amount for the fast track within only a couple of days. This allowed us to go back at a later date and buy entrance tickets to this new park.

Booked the multi park tickets before departing. It is a lot easier and you only have to queue twice to get your tickets (Disney and Universal Studios). Then you are given your credit card size entrance tickets which you use every time you enter the parks. Security is annoying but at least you know that no one can take in anything they shouldn't so be prepared to allow someone to search your bags, bum bags, prams and wheelchairs. No one is exempt.

The welcoming email was pleasant and to say that that once you have ordered your tickets and departed to the venue you will get your reward of £10 Amazon gift card, well before I went i had to remind them to send me the link for the tickets so I could print them off, and now I have been, done and come back and still waiting for the gift card so don't believe all that you read.
