Feel like a VIP as you skip the main ticket and security lines and ascend to the 100th Floor One World Observatory via a priority SkyPod elevator line - you will not have to join the regular queue to go up or down. This flexible One World Observatory ticket also gives you the freedom to arrive at any time within a designated afternoon (1.00pm to 5.00pm) or Evening (5.00pm to 8.00pm) window.
As an added bonus, the One World Observatory All-inclusive-Ticket also includes a $15 credit so guests can enjoy a complimentary beverage to really drink in the view and the One World Explorer, a virtual iPad guide, to assist you at every viewpoint on the 100th floor.
Your unique experience at the One World Observatory by boarding a Sky Pod elevator and ascend to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than sixty seconds. Accompanying the rapid journey, an incredible high-definition time-lapse video plays on the glass walls of your Sky Pod elevator recreating the development of New York City’s skyline from the 1500s to today’s skyscrapers.
When you get to the top, be prepared to explore three levels filled with innovation and inspiration. But first, immerse yourself in a 2-minute screening session at the See Forever Theatre that presents the unique pulsating rhythm of the Big Apple in three dimensions, by combining bird’s eye imagery, time-lapse shots and patterns. As the video ends and the screen rises slowly, revealing the observation deck and the amazing panoramic views of New York City and beyond.
Head to the main Observatory on the 100th floor, also known as the Discovery Level and experience the Big Apple like never before. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, taking in her iconic sights and neatly lined the blocks and avenues. See the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Woolworth Building and the Statue of Liberty. From your lofty position, you can look down on the helicopters that take tourists high over Manhattan and see just how many boats fill the surrounding water.
The Main Observatory also features the expansive Sky Portal, where you can take a walk high above the streets of New York. Those brave enough step a circle of video screens that deliver an unforgettable high-definition view of the streets below.

Terms and conditions for One World Observatory All-inclusive-Ticket
- To help control capacity, all guests must pre-book a date to visit the One World Observatory at the time of booking.
- Arrive anytime between 1.00pm and 5.00pm if selecting the Afternoon Ticket; 5.00pm- 8.00pm if selecting the evening ticket.
- Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests ages 5 and under are admitted free of charge.
- Professional photo or video equipment is not permitted.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before your selected date/time.

Is One World Observatory accessible to guests with disabilities?
One World Observatory – including its exhibits and amenities – are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance (e.g., auxiliary aids or services), should contact the Guest Services office at 844-OWO-1776 or Guest Services Desk, in advance of their visit.
Are pushchairs allowed?
Yes, pushchairs are allowed but you will be asked to remove your child and fold your pushchair up for access to the elevators as well as the escalators within the experience.
Can I take pictures?
Absolutely! The One World Observatory encourages all guests to take as many personal photos or video with handheld devices as they would like.
Is smoking permitted at One World Observatory?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Observatory including the outside West Plaza.
We are visiting the One World Observatory prior to going to the airport. Can we bring our luggage with us?
No, luggage is not allowed in the Observatory. Only bags/backpacks/packages no larger than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9″ deep are permitted. There are no lockers or storage capabilities available for personal items.
